Let me describe our setup for you. Maybe you will understand it better. We have 5 This clients servers running Citrix XenApp serving staffs. I upgraded the office to on all the 5 terminal servers. All staff are Ok with the outlook except two staffs. When they click on the outlook icon, the error message that get is Microsoft Outlook had stopped working.
I deleted their outlook profile and recreated it but still. When I open the outlook in a machine with office, it works fine. The problem comes only on any computer with office Can you provide other solution. As I mentioned above, please provide the current version of the Outlook desktop client they use.
